When is the best time to shoot Pakistani food photography?+
Food is a year-round subject. Ramadan and the two Eids give the richest street-food coverage; mango season (May to August) is the peak window for orchard and market work in Punjab and Sindh.
Do I need permission to photograph in restaurants and bazaars?+
Street food vendors and bazaars are open to photography; a quick greeting and small purchase go a long way. Sit-down restaurants prefer that you ask the manager, especially for tripod or lighting setups.
How much does a food photo cost to license?+

Are the food dishes shown authentic regional Pakistani cuisine?+
Yes. Captions name the dish, the region and, where possible, the cook or vendor, so editors do not misattribute Punjabi, Sindhi, Balochi, Pashtun or Hunza dishes to the wrong region.
