1. About Pixistan

Pixistan is a visual archive that licenses photographs and films of Pakistan. The service is operated from Karachi, Pakistan. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to sign up.

3. Licensing

Each media page shows the license price in Pakistani Rupees. Purchase grants a non-exclusive right to use the file under the license selected (Personal, Editorial or Commercial). You may not sub-license, resell or claim authorship of licensed files.

4. Contributor content

Contributors retain copyright of their work. By uploading, contributors grant Pixistan the right to display, distribute and license the file, and to keep 30% of each license fee as platform commission.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not own, AI-generated imagery, images that violate privacy or Pakistani law, or files shot outside Pakistan. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

6. Refunds

Digital license fees are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded, unless the file is defective or misrepresented.

7. Liability

Pixistan is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
